CINDY - CALATHEA ORBIFOLIA
Cindy - is a somewhat rare, but relatively easy to care for foliage plant. This hard to find Calathea Orbifolia has broad fresh lighter green leaves, delicately striped with silvery-blue patterning that looks almost metallic. Her leaves are prized for their round fat shape, which grow quite wide as she ages. The new leaves emerge beautifully from the center of the plant, which grows densely. She can often get larger than other Calatheas - Making her extra special.
• Light: Medium to bright, indirect light
• Water: Water when the top 1" of soil feels dry. She very much prefers distilled water. Calatheas can be a bit picky!
• Considerations: Calathea orbifolia is sensitive to environmental stress, and and sometimes gets occasional brown edges or spotting on leaves. High humidity and persistent watering will help this plant thrive.
